Top national law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support its Public Finance practice in the Denver office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and proofread complex legal documents, ensuring accuracy and identifying inconsistencies
- Organize, review, and manage signature pages
- Compile closing documents using transaction checklists
- Partner with attorneys and paralegals to gather documents and assemble closing books
- Prepare and finalize client billing, including drafting and processing invoices
- Manage administrative tasks such as time entry review, CLE tracking, and reimbursement requests
- Draft and format correspondence, memoranda, and legal documents in accordance with firm standards
- Coordinate meetings, schedule calls, and provide exceptional client service
- Anticipate team needs and proactively manage priorities and deadlines
- Maintain and organize client files in compliance with firm policies
- Assist with client communications, email management, and mail processing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of legal assistant experience required
- Experience in transactional law strongly preferred
- Strong command of grammar, proofreading, and document formatting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to client service
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Must currently live in the Denver metro area. Out-of-state candidates will not be considered.
Compensation & Benefits

- Salary range: $65,000 - $78,000
